Vitamins are such chemical components in a diet which plays an
important role in keeping human body energetic, healthy and fit. And it also
helps to prevent human body from diseases and try to improve growth of human
bodies in different stages of life.
In this article we will try to focus on these below things:

Vitamin-A:
This vitamin is very important for eyes and vision. Because of the
deficiency of this vitamin children and elders become unable to see anything in
less or dim light. But this kind of disease is curable. Because of vitamin A
vision can be recovered but in case of children doctor must be consulted.
Because of vitamin A human body become capable of fighting against
diseases and also it becomes possible to cure lung diseases. But it should be
remembered that vitamin A mixed up with fat so, too much intake of it could be
proved as dangerous.
Common sources of vitamin-A:
In oil, butter, egg, carrot, fish, lever, animal’s fat, milk and
different products of milk like yogurt etc, Vitamin A is found.
Vitamin-B:
This is the combination of very important vitamins. We need this
vitamin daily. Vitamin B has different kinds and they are called as B1, B2, B3,
B5, B6 and B12.
All these vitamins are very necessary for human’s digestive system
and brain’s health. Because of the lack of these vitamins body slowly becomes
weak and then becomes ill. The excessive intake of this vitamin does not cause
any harm, reason is that, the excessive vitamin B dissolves in human body’s
water and then excretes outside of the body in shape of urine. While vitamin A,
vitamin D and vitamin E combines with body’s fat and there excessive use can be
harmful. That is why when using these vitamins doctor must be consulted.
There is occurrence of such positive activities in human body
which causes the production of vitamin B in large amount. The lack of vitamin B
causes weakness of heart and nerves, causes itching on body, and reduces
appetite. The deficiency of vitamin B12 causes the deficiency of blood and also
victim feels tiredness. The deficiency causes diarrhea, tongue becomes red and
wounds are appeared. For the protection of belly cancer and heart diseases
vitamin B is very essential. And vitamin B3 is very useful for those people who
has genitical problem of cholesterol.
Common sources of vitamin-B:
In milk, egg, animal’s brain (talking about halal animals), halal
animal’s lever, halal animal’s kidneys, fruits, tomatoes and in green
vegetables, all kinds of vitamin B are found.
Vitamin B is very essential for both elders and children.
Especially in children the deficiency of this vitamin causes harmful effects of
child’s growth. For skin, gums and for common health this vitamin is very
essential
Vitamin-C:
Vitamin C is present in big amount in amla, while in fruits it is
especially present in orange and in lemon.
Vitamin-D:
There is deficiency of this vitamin in such countries of Asia who
has the deficiency of much amount of sunlight. Vitamin D automatically produces
through skin with the help of sunlight.
The deficiency of this causes weakness of bones and it affects the
balance of calcium in human body. In Pakistan this is not a big problem but it
is a big problem in America and in Europe. Feeling tiredness and paining of
bones indicates the deficiency of this vitamin.
Common sources of vitamin-D:
In fish, egg, milk and in butter vitamin D is found in big amount.
Vitamin-E:
Vitamin E is very important vitamin. The deficiency of this
vitamin in a pregnant mother can cause blood diseases in child. Vitamin E helps
in protecting cancer in human body and it is called anti oxidant. A research
shows that this also helps in removing feet’s pain.
Common sources of vitamin-E:
In oil, almond, egg’s yolk, dry fruits, fruits and in vegetables
vitamin E is found.
Vitamin-K:
If in a child or in an elder, occurs skin bleeding, nose bleeding
or throat bleeding then the check up for vitamin K is must. Vitamin K protects
the flow of thin blood in human body.
Common sources of vitamin-K:
Vitamin K is present in green vegetables like cauliflower and
cabbage etc.
